Finished the basic interface and drawing of the outlining squares of the bitmap. Commit.

I'm not 100% happy with the font, but I'm not going to mess with it much more since this is just a small side project. There are just dummy values for now but I have coded the logic so that I can simply scan each panel (or the entire image) and give each panel it's percentages.
